Leadership Berks is one of over 3400 organizations of its kind in the nation working to secure the next generation of community leaders. Our development programs have completed over 100 field projects benefiting not-for-profit organizations in Greater Reading and Berks County. We now graduated over 650 new community leaders since 1985 and many continue to serve and improve Greater Reading and beyond.
